I am a psychoanalyst-in-training at the Blanton-Peale Institute in New York City and a clinical hypnotherapist, combining psychoanalytic depth with the transformative focus of hypnosis to help individuals create meaningful change. After a career in consulting, specializing in organizational transformation, I transitioned to mental health during the pandemic to address the deeper, unconscious patterns that hold people back. I work with clients navigating challenges such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and breaking free from ingrained self-doubt. Offering in-person sessions in Montclair, NJ, on Thursdays, and online on Mondays and Fridays, my practice is tailored to uncover the root causes of emotional blocks, empowering clients to live authentically and with greater confidence.
